Kerstin Hecker is a Health Advocate and founder of IndigoMuse.
When five of her friends died of cancer in their 40’s, Kerstin was compelled to answer the question “What creates health?”. She launched IndigoMuse which focuses on Holistic Counseling. As an Integrative Health Practitioner and Somatic Counselor, Kerstin understands the intersection of health and psychology; engaging her client’s whole mind (Body, Brain and Relational Field) through the process of inquiry.
Kerstin works with adults who are excited by the prospect of change and who have hope that their future can be different from their past. Through individual counseling, Kerstin’s goal is to provide sustainable health and psychological well-being. She believes that the combination of psychology and holistic approach can enrich one’s life and hopes to help many people overcome their health and psychological issues.

She is a National speaker, regular contributor to BooksforBetterLiving, empowering individuals and companies to create vibrant leaders for the 21st century.
Understanding how nourishing myself was directly linked to the various health symptoms I experienced was a big break-through for me. By listening to my body's needs, I was able to boost my immune system, fend off years of sinus issues, colds, head-aches, and back pain all while having more energy. None of the recommendations on restoring my body's immune system came from doctors. Instead the doctors told to use medication and recommended I schedule a sinus operation. Thankfully I followed a different path, one that not only provided me temporary relief; it got rid of the symptoms all together.
Natural healing methods have always been available, but years of negative reinforcement and smart marketing campaigns have left most people confused about what to do and who to believe.
Let me share the lessons learned, inspiring you on your own path of health to restore your body's healing modalities. Over the years, I've had the pleasure to work with many people with various health conditions. I am always excited to witness the transformations that happen when simple dietary and lifestyle changes are implemented.
